By contributing, you help build a valuable repository of current knowledge, practices, procedures, systems, and technologies tackling food fraud.


This questionnaire is intended for experts and stakeholders involved in food fraud research, including both analytical and non-analytical approaches.

Target participants include:

  • Scientists and researchers in academia

  • Teachers and lecturers at educational or academic institutions

  • Government agencies and public institutions

  • Research organisations, centres, or institutes (both public and private)

  • Laboratories (both public and private)

  • NGO, associations, and scientific communities

  • Industry and private sectors
